Shout outs to the homie's Dao-Yi and Maxwell. Public School was just named Brand of the Year by Complex Magazine and deservedly so. Dao-Yi and Maxwell designs are insane and on top of that they're two cool ass dudes who showed Me Phi love out in NY. Congrats fellas and we can't wait to see where Public School goes from here.
Which brings us to Public School. Oh-eight was major for Dao-Yi Chow andMaxwell Osborne, the two Sean John veterans who founded Public School. Rather than churn out the usual trendy T-shirts and faux cut-and-sew pieces, PS released forward-thinking outerwear that did numbers in high-fashion retailers like Barney’s.
