1: She is incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent but not smug, 

2:Her MSNBC show is utterly amazing, and I feel smarter after watching it...which happens almost never given the current quality of television.

3: She can make Pat Buchanan flushed enough to actually almost swallow his own tongue.

and finally, but certainly not least: As evidenced by this video she drinks on the job (in the AM even!), and says things like " Don't be a wuss with the shaking. There's a reason why shakers are built to ballistic standards."
